Not overly long book with clear message.
At times the examples seem superficial and deeper analysis of claims is missing.
I recommend this book for quick read if you want to build (not only) habit-forming mobile / web app. You'll get a feeling for some habit forming strategies, but don't expect too much, just conceptual hints.
